1. Advance Payments

Projects typically begin with an advance payment. This advance covers initial planning, design, and resource allocation, and is non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any development work has started, the advance payment may be refunded minus any consultation or planning charges already incurred.

3. Cancellations During Development

• Payments made for milestones already completed and delivered are non-refundable
• Any unused portion of an advance for work not yet started may be refunded at our discretion
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method

4. Subscription & Hosting Services

Recurring hosting, maintenance, or support subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing cycle once activated. Cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after project completion and delivery
• Delays caused by the client's failure to provide content, feedback, or approvals
• Third-party costs already paid on the client's behalf (domains, licenses, APIs)

• All invoices issued include applicable GST, HSN/SAC codes, and our GSTIN
• Clients requiring GST-compliant invoices for input tax credit should share their GSTIN at the time of onboarding
• Invoices are issued for each milestone payment or subscription billing cycle

3. Place of Supply

GST is charged based on the client's registered place of business as per standard place-of-supply rules under the CGST/SGST/IGST framework.
